Exchange and Refund Policy
All ticket purchases are non-refundable. If we are given 48 hours notice via email or phone that an event cannot be attended by a member we can offer the member a credit note which can be used against future events of the same value.
If the member would prefer to transfer his/her credit to a friend, Asian Dinner Club needs to be informed in writing via email with the full name of the person wishing to use the credit and for which event.
Registration
By registering on the website, you warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into and be bound by these Terms.
The website is provided for personal use of individual members only, not for promoting any commercial ventures. If you are a Company, you cannot register or use it for business purposes.
By registering on the website, you warrant that you do not have any previous and/or pending criminal convictions or any restraining orders against you by the Courts
Delivery charges
There are no such delivery charges as all ticket purchases are based on an eTicket system. Please bring your payment confirmation email to the event as your ticket.
