The Asian Dinner Club was set up in 2008 by Salima Manji, pictured right, who found it increasingly difficult to meet like-minded Asian Professionals in London due to working long hours and leading a typically hectic London life.
She attended a number of Asian “dating events” organised by different companies but found these were generally poorly organised, in badly-lit venues in London and they took up too much time with little results.
Salima hosted dinner parties at her home for a group of friends, and following quite a few successful evenings, decided to set up Asian Dinner Club, run by a team who are as passionate about the Company and it’s success as Salima (The Team)
“We feel that choosing the right venue is critical to a successful evening as Members can relax and socialise, as well as enjoy the outstanding food and ambiance offered by some of London’s finest restaurants” says Salima. “The Asian Dinner Club team have therefore carefully hand-picked restaurants which are reasonably priced, to allow Members to attend our events regularly.”
